What is Bootneck Bootcamp?
Bootneck Bootcamp is the opportunity for you to partake in what we call "phys"! We offer training videos, personalised training packages and Bootneck Bootcamp sessions for you and your team.
So whether you join us on one of our training days or subscribe to our video workouts, you’ll be sure to be ‘race fit’ to tackle Bootneck Challenge.
We want you to be in your best form, to be the fittest and awesome-est you can be to take on a course developed and overseen by Her Majesties Royal Marines Commando!

Come on one of our training days where we specialise in giving you the tools to overcome the obstacles that are waiting for you at the event.
Coached and encouraged by former and currently serving Royal Marines in an action packed day or in a series of training sessions, we will prepare you for your beasting at Bootneck Challenge. We will show you techniques on how to conquer your fears whilst bonding with your fellow Booties.
Napoleon once stated that an army marches on his stomach. Every potential Royal Marine recruit that goes through the Commando course will consume between 5,000 – 6,000 calories per day.
You wont need that many!! But we do advise that the night before race day you prepare with lots of lovely pasta, potatoes, rice, all the white starchy stuff you have been told to avoid to lose weight.
However, if you are serious about our event, then your preparation before race day should include a balanced diet. Our simple advice about nutrition will ensure you have the right fuel to maximise your workouts.

Train like a Bootneck
All Royal Marines train to be functionally fit. Their role demands that they have strength, stamina and flexibility. Bootneck Bootcamp training videos will give you tips on how to prepare correctly for the type of rigours you can come to expect from the Bootneck Challenge series of OCR events.
From Foundation, Experienced OCR or Nails Commando levels of skill, our training videos will encourage you to improve your levels of fitness.
